Olanna, of Brevig Mission, announce the birth of their daughter Spring Rachel Topsekok Rock, born September 25, 2021 at 7:37 p.m. In loving memory big brother Albert James Rock, 19 months. Maternal grandparents are Johnalee Rock, of Brevig Mission, and Andrew Kakoona of Shishmaref. Paternal grandparents are Jessica Olanna, of Brevig Mission; and in loving memory, the late Andrew D. Tocktoo of Brevig Mission.
